Location: Western ground part of N.C. College, Badarpur
A washroom for specially abled students was constructed in 2025 at the western ground part of N.C. College, Badarpur to provide accessible and convenient sanitation facilities. The construction of this washroom reflects the college’s commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive campus environment for students with disabilities.
The facility has been designed with accessibility in mind and includes essential features such as a wide entrance suitable for wheelchair access, support handrails, a western-style commode, and adequate space for easy movement. Proper water supply, lighting, and ventilation have been ensured to maintain hygiene and comfort. The flooring has also been made safe and non-slippery to prevent accidents.
By establishing this washroom, the college aims to ensure that specially abled students can use campus facilities comfortably and with dignity. It is an important step toward promoting equal access and improving the overall support system for differently abled students within the institution.
These facilities are readily available across the college campus to ensure seamless mobility and inclusive access for specially abled students.
